We understand that plans can change! Whether you need to cancel a one-off order or a subscription, we're here to help.

Cancelling an order

If you'd like to cancel an order, please email [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order, including your order number.

We'll do our best to cancel it before dispatch. However, once your order has entered our fulfilment process, we may be unable to stop it from being shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched, don't worry! You can still request a refund under our 30-day, no-quibble refund policy.

Cancelling a subscription

You can pause, change or cancel your Wassen subscription at any time through your customer account.

To prevent your next subscription order from being processed, please make any changes before 4pm UK time on the working day before your scheduled dispatch date.

Cancelling your subscription stops future scheduled orders but doesn't automatically cancel orders that have already been processed.
