Is it safe to take Wassen supplements together if I exceed 100% of the NRV?Updated 2 days ago

If you're taking more than one Wassen supplement, you may notice that your combined intake of certain vitamins or minerals exceeds 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). This doesn't automatically mean you're taking too much, but it's important to check.

What does NRV mean?

NRV stands for Nutrient Reference Value. It's a guideline used on food and supplement labels to show how much of a vitamin or mineral a product provides compared with a standard daily reference intake.

Is it safe to exceed 100% NRV?

For some vitamins and minerals, consuming more than 100% NRV can be perfectly safe. However, NRVs are not maximum safe limits, and taking excessive amounts of certain nutrients can be harmful.

For example, too much vitamin A or D, or minerals such as zinc and iron, may cause problems, particularly when taken in high doses over time.

What if I'm taking several Wassen supplements?

Some Wassen products contain overlapping vitamins and minerals, so we recommend checking their suitability before taking them together.
