Need a little break from your Wassen supplements? No problem! You can pause your subscription at any time without having to cancel it completely.
How to pause your subscription:
Log in to your Wassen account using your email address.
Select "Manage Subscriptions" to view your active subscriptions.
Choose the subscription you'd like to pause.
Select "Pause Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm.
What happens when I pause my subscription?
While your subscription is paused, you won't receive any scheduled deliveries or be charged for future subscription orders.
Your subscription details will be saved, so you can easily resume your deliveries whenever you're ready.
How do I restart my subscription?
Simply log back into your Wassen account, go to "Manage Subscriptions", select your paused subscription and choose "Resume Subscription".
When do I need to pause?
To prevent your next order from being processed, please pause your subscription before 4pm UK time on the working day before your scheduled dispatch date.
If your next order has already been processed, we may be unable to stop it from being dispatched.
